Fall Charter Show
Fall Charter Show
The Charter Yacht Society is proud to present its annual charter yacht show, taking place November 10–13 in the sailing capital of the world. By bringing together luxury yachts, world-class crews, and professional brokers alongside the essential service businesses that support the trade, the show offers an unparalleled one-stop experience for industry connection. This must-attend event spans two iconic locations — Nanny Cay Marina and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour Marina — delivering a comprehensive showcase of the industry's finest, all in one place, at one time.

Charter Show Participants

WHO CAN SIGN UP: Whilst we don’t like to play favourites we do have to prioritize certain roles at the show. Yachts, crews and brokers are key to the event. Then we do our best to accommodate everyone else.

BOATS AND CREWS IN THE BVI: The Charter Yacht Society show is open to ALL term charter crewed yachts regardless of one's home base. You do not need to be a CYS member to attend , although members do enjoy year-round benefits as well as a heavily discounted show. Read more about member benefits here. Refer to YACHT REGISTRATION below for specifics on pricing.

VENUE: We will feature yachts at two marinas: Nanny Cay Marina and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour Marina. Once capacity has been reached at Nanny Cay your yacht will be waitlisted or assigned a slip at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. You will be informed when we reach capacity. DO NOT PANIC! We move cautiously as we approach maximum capacity, so we do not over commit. Historically, we eventually work our way through the waitlist. A shuttle will be provided during the day to transport brokers to Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.

BROKERS: Nanny Cay offers brokers 20% off the rack rates which start at $220 per night plus 20% hotel tax and service charge. There are a variety of room categories. Villas are also available although the discount does not apply. Any broker desiring to book for 5 nights, arriving Sunday 8th and departing Friday 13th of November, can enjoy a 30% discount. Reservations must be made direct at: reservations@nannycay.com. See BROKER REGISTRATION below for more additional show information and pricing.

CLEARINGHOUSE REPS and MANAGERS: If you plan to stop by the show and engage with brokers and crews you MUST register in advance.

VENDORS: Our marine expo or marketplace affords captains, chefs and brokers the once-a-year opportunity to meet, in person, representatives of local businesses which offer quality products and services that ensure guests have the experience of a lifetime. Our expo typically features 30+ businesses and takes place the evening of the first show day. This year's marketplace will be Tuesday November 10th. See VENDOR REGISTRATION below to find out how one can secure a spot.

As the Sailing Capital of the Caribbean our waters remain azure blue and an average temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The trade winds blow predictably and steadily year-round. In a world full of changes, we assure you these are constants in the BVI.

Marine Expo Registration
One of the main objectives at our annual Charter Show is creating connections, whether connecting yacht crews and brokers or local businesses and crews. We take every opportunity to ensure the most is made of having all industry representatives in one place at one time. The Marine Expo or Marketplace is the perfect venue for business representatives to showcase their goods or services to the industry. It is just one night but "Oh what a night!". Attendees can taste, feel, sample, and observe. Our marine industry is successful because the network of related businesses is one of the best in the world. 2026 Marketplace details include:
